Three troop adults began their Wood Badge training Friday, May 16 at Camp Comer: Scoutmaster Ralph Upchurch and Assistant Scoutmasters Alvie Allison and David Cannon.  Wood Badge is the advanced adult training course for the BSA, and is the similar to the youth NYLT training, Nendawen Journey.

 

Three days of training have been completed, and the practical phase will be completed on June 6-8 at Camp Jackson. After that, the leaders must complete a ticket of five projects before earning their Wood Badge.
