Oct 2 is our annual Troop 93 Pancake Supper and the first night of Christmas Tree Lot sign up.  The schedule for the night:

 

5:30pm  - Tree Lot sign-up begins
6:00pm - Pancake Supper begins
7:00pm - Short meeting for parents and scouts who have not been involved in Tree Sales before

 

The Pancake Supper is a family event, so everyone is invited.  If didn't signed up with Teresa Hall at the 918 troop meeting, do so tonight or email David Philpot by Friday Sept 28 with the number of people who will attend, so we can be sure to have enough food. In summary, each scout will need to sign up for three scout shifts and four parent shifts, the same as last year.  In addition, bonuses will be in effect the first weekend (Thanksgiving) and on weekday afternoons.
